Visa
Overseas participants traveling to the Shunde Expo will need a visa to enter China.
Most visitors and exhibitors can enter China on a normal tourist visa. To attend the exhibition or conference, it is not required to apply for a special business visa.
You may contact your local travel agent or the Chinese authorities directly for your tourist visa application.
If you apply for a business visa, you will need an official invitation letter from the Organizer.
Please note that the original copy of the invitation letter is required for the following countries: Turkey, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, U A E, Iran, Tunisia, Syria, Lebanon, Morocco, Thailand, Vietnam, Iraq etc, thus it is very important to promptly submit your application for invitation letter.
Please download and complete the Visa Application Form and together with a copy of the personal details page on your passport, fax them to +86 21 6464 4008, and email to Mark Ma before the stipulated deadline, 27th August 2012.
**IMPORTANT**: APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE – 27th August 2012 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
